Shekinah Theological Seminary (STS) is a Christian Reformed Presbyterian institution dedicated to equipping men and women for service in the Church and society through sound theological education and spiritual formation. Rooted in the historic Reformed faith, STS upholds biblical truth, doctrinal integrity, and ministerial excellence.
To meet the growing need for faithful and effective leaders, STS offers an accessible three-year program leading to a Certificate or Diploma in Theology, serving pastors, lay leaders, and those beginning their ministry journey.
Courses Offered
STS offers a three-year theological program with two tracks:
Diploma in Theology – for students who complete the full program with proven academic and ministerial competence.
Certificate in Theology – for those completing foundational studies, especially beginners.
Key Areas of Study:
Biblical Theology – overview of Scripture and selected books.
Systematic & Historical Theology – core doctrines, church history, and Reformed thought.
Practical Theology – preaching, leadership, and community transformation.
Evening Programs: basic computer skills, digital evangelism, and communication.
Program Duration and Schedule
Total Duration: Three academic years
Semesters: Six semesters (two per year)
Weekly Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 7:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Daily Structure: Five 50-minute class sessions plus dedicated Chapel Time for worship and reflection
